Our Rental Management service is designed to minimize the responsibilities for homeowners.
A few highlights of our services include:
- We provide a full assessment of the rental property
- We conduct a market study in order to obtain the best rental rate
- We will advertise your property online with Military Housing Connection and other local housing advertisements. Owners have the option to pay for additional advertising (i.e. Star Advertiser or any other classified advertisement services)
- We carefully do a thorough screening of all applicants with Equifax, referrals, employment and previous landlords
- We disburse Rental income checks to owners on a monthly basis accompanied by a comprehensive financial statement (Income & Expenses) for easy record keeping
- We offer ACH direct-deposit of rental income to owners
- Prompt response to repairs and (24) hours emergency service with a live operator
- Solicit proposals from qualified professionals for the owners
- Flat rate service charge; there are no re-renting fees
Please note there is a $10.00 credit check fee per each person over the age of 18 listed on the application (paid by the rental applicant). Completed applications may be faxed to (808) 485-0987; however, your application will not be processed until payment is received.
For quick processing we ask you to hand deliver your application to our office at 500 Alakawa Street, Building 214, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 between 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, closed on All Holidays. Payment must be made via cash, money order or cashier’s check in the exact amount. Personal checks or credit cards are not accepted.
